I don’t need no truth serum to tell you Ant-Man And The Wasp (2018) is great. #Review
Released as their 20th movie, in their 10th Anniversary year, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that “Ant-Man And The Wasp” is reassuringly reliable entertainment, exactly what we’ve come to expect from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. What may be unexpected is how well this tale works as a palate cleanser after the universe-altering scale of “Avengers: Infinity War”...

Good family fun
My oldest daughter is a huge marvel fan. Anything marvel and we have to watch it. Ant Man and The Wasp was no exception. I went into this movie with a feeling of mehhhhh another marvel film. I was pleasantly surprised. Ant Man and The Wasp was good fun. There are many laugh moments in this film and most of it comes from Ant Man himself and his mishaps with his suit. Ant Man is a loveable rogue type character who is can sometimes seem a bit selfish.
He has selfish moments but he is trying to do the right thing and keep his daughter safe and stay out of prison so he can see her. The relationship between them is lovely. I didn't find the love interest relationship between him and wasp that believable and the movie could do without it. I liked the fact the Ghost was a character we start of disliking but by the end of the movie we want it to be ok for her. Overall This was a nice, easy, fun sit and watch movie with all the family

A fun morality tale about the importance of helping those in need and the dangers of pride.

Great funny, thrilling adventure
I may have over-egged the rating for this, as it was my first 4D experience (excluding the very dated Captain Eo at Disneyland Paris) which was incredible!
This keeps the feel of Ant-Man (a daft, capable hero with technology allowing him to become more than he is), but expands on that while keeping Michael Pena's character at peak hilarity. It doesn't feel like Ant-Man 2, it is a definite Wasp movie as she is (rightly) given a lot more of the limelight.
Ant-Man does become something of a laughing stock in the film, mainly due to comedic mishaps with his suit, but he still proves himself to be a capable hero.
Numerous references to Captain America: Civil War, which helped make it more inclusive of the overall MCU and pre-credits scene which alludes to Infinity War (Part 1).
NB - the post-credits scene is not worth the wait at all.

Hilarious
I've always loved how undeniably awkward Paul Rudd can be. His ability to deliver lines as dry as burnt toast is what made this movie for me. This origin story, perfectly captured Scott Lang and how he became a superhero. An excellent introduction of Ant-Man.

Clever
Brilliant
Great concept
The whole concept of Ant Man is fantastic, I really enjoy the story and the graphics. It's very imaginative. I'd love to know more on how this would be filmed particularly the kitchen scene for example. I like that real references and places are used to explain the scale.

Good (the ants) is pitched against evil (the grasshoppers) in this animated film. Flik goes to the city to find some warriors who will help his ant colony to frighten off the grasshoppers that plague them and steal their food. He manages to recruit a circus troupe mistakenly instead. Really good fun for old and young alike.
