Dr. Terror's House of Horrors is a excellent british anthology film that stars two horror icons Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing. It also has Donald Sutherland in it, so thats a plus.

It was the first in a series of anthology films from Amicus and was followed by Torture Garden (1967), The House That Dripped Blood (1970), Asylum (1972), Tales from the Crypt (1972), The Vault of Horror (1973) and From Beyond the Grave (1974).

The movies was made with a budget of £105,000 and Donald Sutherland was paid £1,000 ($10,153.31 in 2018 dollars) for his performance.

The Plot: Five chilling stories are linked by the character of a strange fortune-telling doctor who predicts the bizarre deaths of five fellow passengers on a train using a pack of tarot cards.

Its a excellent anthology film.

I've long wanted to read the Bordertown books, but I haven't had any luck in finding them. So I was very happy to see this anthology. It is very high-quality, other than some of the poetry that feels somewhat last-minute.

An Anthology to die for!
A woman is working at a Gas Station alone when a Serial Killer is on the loose. A balding man goes to extreme lengths to grow his locks. A man has an Eye Transplant... but whose Eye did he get? Skin crawling tales all directed and introduced by a (dead) John Carpenter. Tobe Hooper as a Co-Director. It's a Horror fans wet dream... and best (yes, best) nightmare!

Oh. My. Days... This Anthology is absolutely amazing! I loved every story (each one had a fantastic twist), I adored the John Carpenter moments (his moments were actually my favourite part of the Anthology) and there are some Horror-glitterati cast members who are just the Cherry on top of an ass-kicking, scream inducing Cake. It really captures the wierd and wonderful of Horror and it's one of the best Anthologies I've ever seen. I just wish it would get a decent UK release... so I could watch it everyday!!

So much fun!
This show is a great anthology of animated shorts looking at science fiction in the future. Some of these shorts are beautifully done and so much fun. I really hope they make a 2nd season of this.
