"This anthology is like one of those fateful 20-something nights where you met a boyfriend, a best friend and got a lead on a job. It introduced me to Jim Shepard and Donald Batheleme. I often think of Amy Tan’s introduction of Molly Giles’ story, Pie Dance. Tan writes that upon hearing Giles read the story, she felt she didn’t yet have what it took to be a writer but she “also knew — as deeply as you can know something about yourself — that it would be worth a lifetime to try.” That’s one of the most genuine things I’ve ever heard a writer say about another writer."

Terror Waits For You In Every Room

The House That Dripped Blood- is a excellent horror anthology film. Each story is linked by this eponymous spooky creepy terrorfying building that this inspector is trying to slove a mystery and gets told by the estate agent about the pervious owners.

The plot: A Scotland Yard inspector is treated to a quartet of horror stories while investigating a murder at a countryside estate.

Like i said each story is really good. From split personality story to a wax story to a voodoo story to a vampire story. All really good.

Highly recordmend watching it.

Not Wanted

Well I like Westerns, Anthology films and some of Coen brothers films are great. So surely this was going to be a sure hit. Much like one of the stories you're hoping for gold but left with barely a glimmer.
6 stories of which a couple were good, a few just average and a dud. The biggest disappointment was that there appeared to be little point to stories, individually or collectively. Halfway through and it was becoming boring and just hoping the next story would be a big improvement. Only to fail. A real shame.
