Rupi Kaur Rocks!!!!
Four beautiful sections that come together in the end as one story. The ups and downs of life. Rupi Kaur mastered the arts of making perfect poems that could stand only or together. The drawings are so simple yet so perfect.

Battle of the Sexes breaks little new ground as either a sports film or a lesbian romance, but it’s lively, funny, and, if you’re unlucky enough to be a feminist in 2017, vicariously wish-fulfilling.

"Thoughtful apocalyptic concept"
This novel mixes an apocalyptic scenario with real life dramas from a bygone era. The various narratives are engaging and the back and forth stories knit together all the different subplots. The fact that it surrounds a troupe of performers with a past history in the arts makes for a different kind of dystopian fiction.

Escape from china town
Big Trouble in Little China is a 1986 martial arts comedy movie.
the story follows Jack Burton, a man who agrees to help his friend Wang Chi rescue his green-eyed fiancée from bandits in San Francisco's Chinatown. Their mission leads them to a mysterious underworld beneath Chinatown, where they face an ancient sorcerer named Lo Pan, who requires a woman with green eyes to marry him in order to release him from a centuries-old curse.
Directed by John Carpenter and starring Kurt Russell, Kim Cattrall, Dennis Dun and James Hong
Great storyline, cheesy old school graphics and action, brilliant characters and cast.
Absolute classic.
release date: July 2, 1986
Running time: 99 minutes
Fun fact:
The project fulfilled Carpenter's long-standing desire to make a martial arts movie.

Mr. Martin, who has rediscovered the radiant properties of his voice, gilds a lot of lyrical treacle and borderline nonsense here. But on “Amazing Day,” he articulates a philosophical worldview:

Donnie Yen has been a favourite for some time, and this film is an instant classic in a large circle of martial arts movies.
Its intense and well choreographed action and fight scenes put Yen front and centre, and it's about time he got the recognition he deserved and this extraordinary movie is a great showcase of his talent, a must watch!

Great homage to martial arts films of old, with 88+ baddies against the disgruntled bride out for revenge and to destroy Bill and his band of highly trained followers.
Once again Tarentino hits hard with great action and an even better build up, we see only part of the brides journey in this installment and it is one hell of fantastic part 1.
