Wide variety of books available and growing daily (2 more)

My go-to for ebooks!
This is an app I depend on daily. I can find everything from hidden gems, free books and classics to wildly popular current titles and even self-published books. Most titles that I want to find are available, sometimes even before the physical copy can be found nearby! Add in that I can get the audio book for a greatly reduced price through Audible if I buy the book via Kindle first, and I'm totally sold on this app. I also greatly appreciate that the books sync across devices, which makes it a heck of a lot easier to keep up with the material I'm reading.
Basically, there's nothing not to love about this app!

Musical highlights
I was blown away by this book. Multidimensional, with characters that make you feel for every second of the book. You are so caught up by the emotion you can't wait until the next "page" to come up.
It was nice seeing the growth of this story from heartbreak to miraculous circumstance to healing. Meeting Jack, Micky (Mikkie - whichever way it's spelled - hard to tell from audio book), Corey and little Jakie is such a great family dynamic.
This story covers:
* heartache
* second chances
* change
* betrayal
* forgiveness
* and so much more.
I love that the audiobook has sections of it that have music themes. There are tender moments with sweet music and suspenseful moments with that eerie music you just can't shake. The narrator was easy to listen to and did great in segueing into the next voice without grating on your nerves.

BookwormMama14 (18 KP) rated The Merchant’s Daughter in Books

Set in the Medieval Era, Annabel and Lord Ranulf will steal your heart in this unique story that mirrors the story of Beauty and the Beast. From a nasty "Gaston" to a sweet young boy, and a caring housekeeper...The heart of the story reminds us that it is not our appearance or circumstances that define us...But our heart.
If you have read some (or all) of these books, you know that each novel can stand alone. But ultimately, they all intertwine. You can see the Family Tree on Melanie's website. I highly recommend this story and hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
I purchased a print copy of The Merchant's Daughter. This review is based on the audio version which I borrowed from my local library. I was not required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are mine alone.
