Probably One of The Weirdest
This is one of the weirdest movies I ever found myself watching and because of it I honestly cannot describe which parts were good and which parts were bad. The film was hilarious if you were looking for a bad rendition of the 80s going in but otherwise you just end up with a weird twisted 80s movie put to weird techno remixes made into musical vibing tunes.... Yeah definitely one of the weirder watches out there.

Who The Hell Is Rachel
Contains spoilers, click to show
So this movie excist. When did it come out you say? Did i come out close to the oringal film, you say? Well the answer is 1999!!!! And when did the oringal come out, oh 1976, yea 23 years later this movie came out. Did it have anybody from the first one, well actully yes it did, but not carrie herself, one of the supporting charcters. So what is this movie about then. Well....
The Plot: When her closest friend commits suicide after being manipulated by the popular crowd, quiet and bookish Rachel Lang (Emily Bergl) decides to get back at the guilty parties. Although Rachel falls for sensitive football player Jesse Ryan (Jason London), she remains determined to punish his callous friends. When Rachel discovers that she has superhuman abilities, it ups the stakes for her revenge, echoing a supernatural incident that occurred decades before.
And who do you say Rachel is and is she realted to anybody from the first movie, welll actaully yes.
This movie is bad, i mean really bad. Its awful. Im not sure why this movie came out 23 years later from the oringal and im not sure why Carrie ever needed a sequel cause it didnt.
Dont waste your time on this movie, like i did and just go watch the oringal film.

We've Seen This Done Before: A Dozen Times
Firewall- is a movie, that I fell like I've seen, watched oe heard of before. Thats because it is. Cause you will get these types of movies mixed up. Hostage and negotitation movies, cause their all the same.
If you like or seen "John Q", "Hostage", "Inside Man", "The Town", "The Negotitaor" and "Money Monster". Than you kinda of like this one. The Problem is that, movies like "Inside Man", "The Town" and "John Q" are better. The other problem with this one is that, the final battle just ends so quickly, badly and pointless. Like the bad guy just dies and than boom end. What?? The whole movie was building up suspense between the main charcter and bad guy, and than he just dies with one hit/blow and thats it. The whole movie felt pointless, because of that. The whole suspense just gone, you felt nothing. Felt like the whole movie was pointless and it was.
The plot: Bank security expert Jack Stanfield (Harrison Ford) builds a career on his expertise in designing theft-proof computer systems for financial institutions. However, a criminal mastermind (Paul Bettany) kidnaps his family, and he must work feverishly to find a way to break into his own system and steal $100 million, for the lives of his loved ones hang in the balance.
Paul Bettany was excellet as the villian.
Other than that, this movie is a decent suspense thriller and that has a bad ending that makes this whole movie pointless.

This turned out to be pretty much what I expected: the weakest movie in the series.
This may be an unpopular opinion, but I'm not the biggest fan of Tessa Thompson to begin with. She's very bland, and this movie did nothing to change my opinion. I guess it was nice to look at Chris Hemsworth for a couple of hours, and there were a couple of moments that gave me a chuckle, but I found myself wistfully flashing back to that first MIB movie and wishing Hollywood would stop ruining things.
I mean, it was ok. By no means a bad movie, and at the very least it was mildly entertaining....but meh.

At many points this movie feels like a Lifetime original movie. The characters consistently make decisions that are beyond stupid, stupidity that can't be reasoned away by the "in-the-moment" fear of the situation. It's like they have no sense of self preservation. They run around screaming out for others when there are bad guys actively looking for them, and don't shoot the person that is trying to kill them when they have them at gunpoint.

Another take on sleep paralysis. It was ok. The acting and cinematography weren't bad. The story played out well enough. Had some creep factor at times. Mostly though, this movie was kinda predictable. I've seen other sleep paralysis creature features. This one was not the best. The characters were kind of dull and the monster was just a very skinny "old looking' woman. That being said, it's entertaining enough for a movie night. Kinda worth a watch.

Watched last night on Disney + after watching the movie last night I realised why I didn't go to see it at the cinema during the summer for starters the plot for me could get confusing but I got there in the end. Rebecca Hall was the star and she managed to keep the plot moving even when I didn't understand what was going on sometimes overall not bad movie but could have been better

Nice!
This movie turned out to be an excellent watch! Good acting, good cinematography and effects. The story played out very well and keeps you interested the whole time. Some parts were a little predictable but not too bad. If you enjoy demonic possession movies, you'll enjoy this one. Definitely worth a watch!
