Original idea same vein as Black Mirror
This is a very original idea for a TV show, very dark in parts as though it's touching on parts and people in society that most other shows won't go to, very similar vein to black mirror without the techy feel.
I loved it and watched it start to finish in one go as its kind of like you want to know how much more messed up it can get.
Highly reccomend for fans of early black Mirror.

The film definitely had its cool Rated R action, but a lot of the plot seem wholly derivative of the 'Pitch Black'.

Waiting 'Til The Midnight Hour: A Narrative of Black Power in America

Book Favorite

"As racial capitalism deprives black communities of resources, assimilationists ignore or gentrify these same spaces in the name of ‘development’ and ‘integration.’ To be antiracist is not only to promote equity among racial groups, but also among their spaces, something the black power movement of the 1960s and 1970s understood well, as Joseph’s chronicle makes clear."

Rolling Stone's 335th greatest album of all time
Quite simply a superb collection of songs. From the heavy, riff-laden Spoonman and My Wave, to the slower Black Hole Sun and Fell on Black Days. One of the best albums I have ever listened to. Cornell's voice is absolutely stunning throughout, and the musicianship somehow manages to match it.

"Great songwriting and that soothing - then screaming - voice of Black Francis. It was the template for grunge bands such as Nirvana who followed"
