Not what I expected, but really liked it.

The best parts are in the trailer.
Literally.
I wanted this to be good. It just wasn't. Blake Lively was fine. Jude Law was fine. The story, however, not so much. Dragged a bit as well. 👎

Possibly the closest the shark attack genre has ever come to toppling Jaws, The Shallows is tense, nicely filmed and features a great performance from Blake Lively.
