I enjoyed reading Flowers in the Attic. Unfortunately, I can't really say the same for Petals on the Wind. I was disturbed by Cathy's behavior. Honestly, after finishing the second book in the Dollanganger series, I'm not sure if I want to read the rest.

3.5 stars.

I liked this story though my interest dropped off about the 60% mark, it was regained about the 90% and the revelation it showed was very interesting. I hadn't expected it, anyway.

I'd really like to read the next book in the series.

Unique storyline. (2 more)
Incredible detail.
Interesting main and side characters.
Yes.
This book is just so full of details and keeps you hanging on for more. Kvothe's story has so much depth and is an incredibly interesting storyline. The introduction of new things doesn't feel overwhelming in any way. I just really need Patrick Rothfuss to come out with the next book in the series now!

This is the third book in a series but the first I have read. I think I was at a slight disadvantage not having read the first two but not so much as it spoiled things for me because I was highly entertained by this book.

Top Ten series to read!!!! It made my list and then some. This book was awesome. I just can't tell you how much I fell in love with it. The story line seemed predictable at first, and let me tell you it wasn't predictable at all. I love the characters. I love that main character it a strong female. I just love everything about this book.

Fantastic read. Well written, fast paced read with a great plot and characters. This book is entertaining and has elements of suspense, and mystery. It is a bit graphic and disturbing on difficult subjects. It is still an excellent read. I can't wait to read the next in the series. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book from Netgalley.
