Courtney is all about putting guys in categories where she thinks they belong. Matt is young and feels like a disappointment to his dad. The story of these two getting together was great. They both have deal with their insecurities and trust issues from their past. I enjoyed this book I lived both of their stories and how they are able to work through it. Can't wait to read the next book in the series

Big Red and Old Red are still in San Francisco when a chance encounter with a friend leads them into a murder in China town. This book has some funny parts, but it is darker than the previous two books in the series. Still, it was a fun trip through the San Francisco of 1893.

A Beautiful Love Story!
The Beach House by Sterling Keyes made me fall in love with reading romance books again! This novella is the perfect summer/beach read... great writing, very relatable characters, and a perfect beach setting. A beautiful love story that pulled me in right from the start! This is the first book in A Shimmer Pointe Series and I'm really looking forward to reading the next book! Highly Recommend this gem!

This is one of those books I was SO distraught when it ended, I simply couldn't write my review!? Yet another masterpiece by Pepper - she amazes me every time! I have no words- this book is incredible- an absolute must read! Ive loved the Indebted Series since day one but hearing this offshoot of Kill's story was beyond an added bonus. Left me on that cliffhanger though- next book can't come fast enough!!

I've now read the series and can honestly say that I have no clearer idea about what was going on than I did during the first book. It says that all questions are answered and loose ends tied up in this book but I think I must have missed every single one of them as nothing appears to be answered. I read them, I reviewed them and that's about as good as I can say!

Huh. I guess I expected to like this more but unfortunately I didn't connect with the story or the characters. I'll admit to getting a little emotional near the end when there was the "splitting up" part but I wasn't in floods of tears.

This is my second book by the author and I preferred the other book so I may go back to that series at some point in the future.

The series was created with close attention to the book it was based off of, this is always important to me. The casting was spot on and it was gripping and emotional from the first episode. (1 more)
This series is realistic in the way that it portrays teenage lives (I work in a high school and it's all about he said/she said and who is sleeping with who), but it also shows the negative impacts of people's actions (in the most extreme sense).
A lot if people are saying that the depiction of Hannah is not realistic, but I can't comment on that because I have never known someone who was suicidal. People are also worried about teenagers getting the wrong idea about suicide (that it is glorified). (1 more)
Some parents are concerned that the series (and book) deal with situations that are too sensitive for certain children.

I was entranced by the cover of this a long time before I realised it was part of the Hearts series. I'd not long since finished the first book which I loved, and I couldn't wait to read more books in this series, and it was only after I'd bought this that I realised it was Jack's story.

I did enjoy this, just not as much as the first. Jay just fascinated me with his magic and the whole back story and everything just blew my mind. This one, Jack seemed hot and sexy and the fire-breathing...but it didn't grab me as much. I wasn't as sucked into the story.

The description for the third book in the series has me intrigued as to what King's story will be about and I've already got it on my kindle to read but I'm not going to read it yet.
