Watched the TV series first, but loved the book! I've heard mixed reviews of it but I really enjoyed it and look forward to the next episode!

Amazing Book
The whole series is amazing, with a great amount of information. Each character is unique with their own personality. Personally I lover mermaid books and can not find enough good ones. The book was so hard to put down. I would, and have, recommend this book to many.

I finished Payback by Fern Michaels this is the second book in the sisterhood series. I really enjoyed this book as much as the first. I really enjoy the characters and there is never a dull moment. I am excited to start book 3 Vendetta tomorrow on my way to work.

This was definitely my favourite book in the series. I am so so ad that the Need series is over though. I loved all the characters. I can't put too much here without giving away spoilers, but it was definitely good. The ending was fantastic as well =)

3rd book in the Cal Leandros series and, while it still took me a while to get used to the narrators voice, I think this is the best in her series so far: before I realised it, I was 3/4 of the way through the novel!

Loved this when I was about 10 years old, one of a series it's entertaining and emotional with a decent amount of danger to make it interesting but not too full on. (0 more)
Best book in the series, the others fall flat in comparison! (0 more)
Perfect for older kids

Brilliant writing
One of the best zombie books I've read and the start on an epic series
Contains spoilers, click to show
Patient Zero is the first book in Jonathan Maberry's Joe Ledger series. Jonathan Maberry is a phenomenal writer, in this series he introduces us to the DMS (Department of Military Sciences) a shadow government agency formed to respond to advanced terrorist threats such as bioterrorism, alien technology etc..

In this book we meet an array of characters such as Mr Church, Aunt Sally, Top and Bunny when Joe is recruited by Mr Church to help deal with the potential release of a zombie virus. This book is thrilling, funny, and keeps the reader itching for more.

I give this book 10/10.

Quick read (0 more)
I admit that I picked this book up because I'd been watching the TV series. Unlike some others who I'd seen review this before I didn't mind too much that the book wasn't as detailed and didn't match up 100% with the TV series. You have to accept that tv/film adaptations and the original books are very different mediums and try and judge them accordingly. I must admit I don't always succeed in this myself but I usually manage better when the book comes second.

I did like the fact that the book is more focused on Villanelle rather than Eve, I liked having that different viewpoint. Definitely worth a quick read if you fancy a bit more to sit alongside the series.
