This is a short and spicy quick read about Soli-B, a witch who has been bound to a vampire before, who is fighting against her attraction to Master Eligio. He, of course, doesn't play fair and will use anything to gain an advantage, including a warrant of arrest.

This is a novella so therefore it moves along at an incredible pace - everything happens within the space of a few short hours. There is attraction, flirtations, humour, and the threat of violence - all within a few pages.

If you are on the lookout for a hot, coffee-break book, then I can highly recommend this book and The Amulet Series as a whole.

The length is daunting at first glance but totally worth it. (0 more)
Love this book!!!
As one of the books that really begins to develop the getting older aspect of the characters we have now known for years it does an amazing job of defining them and it only encourages your commitment to the series.

What a great book and, hopefully, the first of a series of many involving DCI Matilda Darke and the fantastic cast of excellent supporting characters. Well written at a great and unrelenting pace, the story follows the investigation of a cold case and the, possible, link to a recent murder.

In the third books of the [Life After War] series we learn more about Adrian's creation [Safe Haven]. They are beginning to prepare for a fight with the Mexican slavers but they have to deal with internal conflicts as well caused by Kenn's controlling nature.

The characters continue to drive the story and the way they interact keeps the plot interesting. I am looking forward to reading book 4, [Adrian's Eagles].

Triangle of Deception is one of those sit-on-the-edge-of-your-seat books. It’s book four of a series but it makes a wonderful standalone. I don’t want to say too much for fear of giving anything away! Fast paced, energetic, and exciting, this is one that any crime-thriller lover won’t want to miss.

Very much enjoyed this book! It was difficult to begin because there are so many characters, many with complicated and similar-sounding names. Once you get into it, though, it goes by pretty quickly! I liked learning all the characters' stories through the different points of view and am excited to find out how they will all come together. I can't wait to read the rest of the series!

Orlando A. Sanchez is fairly churning these e-books out and, In my opinion at least, it's beginning to show.

Book #8 in the 'Montague and Strong detective' series, in which Hades (yes, that Hades) wife Persephone has been kidnapped. Tristan Montague and Simon Strong (and Peaches the hellhound, of course!) are hired to investigate that disappearance, leading to the usual mayhem and large-scale destruction of public property.

this is the first in a new series and what a start. this can be read as a standalone book. this is a lovely romance story you'll want to keep reading. I loved the characters and the story was well written. the story plays out slowly with the chemistry between the characters builds and builds. cant wait to read more.
