"One of my favorite history books. It’s a story about the creation of the Oxford English Dictionary and of an epistolary and academic friendship between two men, one of whom (unbeknownst to the other) was an inmate at an insane asylum."

"I love YA and I really love books about sad and/or complicated moody teens, especially when there is romance involved. All I ever want is to go back to being consumed by every last one of my adolescent emotions."

"I’m really into Carlos Ruiz Zafon, too. He writes a lot about love and incest and murder and war. I just finished one of his books called The Prisoner of Heaven. The title is kind of whack, but it was awesome."

I have had this app for a while, and would advise anybody who reads a lot to get it. Without this app I would never have any idea where I was up to and what books I have or haven't read.
I enjoy that you can add people and see what they are reading, as this always inspires me to try out different genres of books. Annoyingly makes my never ending list of books to read even longer. Haha.
I do like that you can set a target of how many books you want to read over the year. Last year this massively encouraged me to have a bit of me time and just sit and read a little bit each day as I was desperate to reach my target.
I imagine this app can do a lot more than I know about and look forward to continuing to use it and finding out what other wonders it holds.

Once again only four stars

This is only the 2nd out of five or six of the authors books that I've given four instead of five.

I loved young Louis and protective Josh, and Dallas, and seeing Trip and Luther and a few others from the authors previous books but once again something was missing for me.

Yet once again I can't quite pinpoint what it was. Maybe it was the slow burn that didn't really start to show into about the 40% mark, or maybe the fact that it didn't become truly a thing until long after that--about 70%. It wasn't obvious for a long time which guy Diana was going to end up with, which didn't help.

Nevertheless, I look forward to reading more of Mariana's books.

Another great Discworld book
I wasn't too sure about the Rincewind books when I first started, but he really is growing on me. Like The Light Fantastic before it, Sourcery is completely bonkers and moves on at an incredible pace. As with all Discworld books, it's very funny in parts and I love the fact that yet again I've found myself laughing out loud whilst reading. My only criticism would be that I don't believe some of the supporting characters have been quite as good as those from other books like Twoflower, the Luggage didn't seem as prevalent as it did in the past. Still a great entertaining read though.
