The story continues with Gillian and Shayne arriving in Tenebris. Things are never as they seem though, and Tenebris is waking up. This may seem like a good thing, but there is a price to be paid. Gillian and Shayne become closer still as they search for a portal to take them out of Tenebris, more convinced that this is one occasion when sleeping dogs should be left alone.
This is a fast-paced novella, which is as detailed as it is intense. You do have to read these in order for it to make any sense, but it is well worth it as the story will keep you gripped as you discover more about Gillian, Shayne and Tenebris as a whole. Their story is intertwined and only time will tell if there is a happy ending. Definitely recommended.

This is a fast-paced novella, which is as detailed as it is intense. You do have to read these in order for it to make any sense, but it is well worth it as the story will keep you gripped as you discover more about Gillian, Shayne and Tenebris as a whole. Their story is intertwined and only time will tell if there is a happy ending. Definitely recommended.

An old tale of cheating boyfriends and betraying best friends gets a revamp in this YA, humour-filled story, starring Felix and Hazel. Written from the perspectives of both of them, you are with Hazel as she learns about her boyfriend, Jay, and her best friend, Kimmy, now becoming a couple even though Jay forgot to mention it to her. School is tough and to find out in the school cafeteria is a hard one. Felix isn't prepared to let Hazel deal with it by herself, so he puts a plan in motion.
Well-written, humorous and with plenty of opportunities for reflection and passion, this story is light and thoroughly enjoyable. Movie references from the '80s abound, including one from The Princess Bride! I would have no hesitation in recommending this.

Well-written, humorous and with plenty of opportunities for reflection and passion, this story is light and thoroughly enjoyable. Movie references from the '80s abound, including one from The Princess Bride! I would have no hesitation in recommending this.

I am so glad that T.A. Chase decided to give Lam his own book. This angel is one who has played a significant hand in sorting out the Four Horsemen, and he became more interesting every time I read about him.
This book is full of revelations, action, kidnappings and love. I loved how the Four (previous) Horsemen play their parts, and Day is a fantastic character. He has his faults and is aware of them, and Lam loves him in spite of them. What angel - or fallen angel - could ask for more?
This is very well written, with no editing or grammatical errors that I found. I felt this was the perfect conclusion to this set of stories, although I could see it continuing with the shenanigans going on with the Quad. Definitely recommended.

Lynn Vroman has done it again - she has sucked me in, chewed me up and spat me out! What's worse is that I'm actually happy about it!!! This is the fourth book in the series, and brings the set to a climactic ending, albeit not without trauma and tears.
With a complex world that Lynn has built to perfection, with characters that are believable as well as funny, sharp, and dealing with their own stories, this world is one that gets better with each book AND with each reading of them.
I won't give out any spoilers as I don't want to ruin anyone's enjoyment, but I can and will highly recommend this series. If you want to immerse yourself in a world that is as colourful and bright, as it is dark and twisted, then you will want to try out the Energy Series!

With a complex world that Lynn has built to perfection, with characters that are believable as well as funny, sharp, and dealing with their own stories, this world is one that gets better with each book AND with each reading of them.
I won't give out any spoilers as I don't want to ruin anyone's enjoyment, but I can and will highly recommend this series. If you want to immerse yourself in a world that is as colourful and bright, as it is dark and twisted, then you will want to try out the Energy Series!

This book is written from the perspectives of both Anna and Daniel, so we get to see both sides. Anna is a bit of an anomaly as she is unaware of being a Talent, or anything that it entails. Daniel has grown up knowing what it is like to have a parent more interested in his charge, than with his family and is determined not to follow the same path. That intention gets blown out of the water as soon as he meets Anna.
This is a fast-paced young adult romance, filled with quirks and quips guaranteed to keep me amused whilst reading. I loved Anna's sense of humour and especially the Yoda quote she gives. That about killed me 😊 Daniel is hot in every way, well aware of the line between protective and obsessive.
Absolutely loved this book, and can't wait for more. Bring on book 2, Talent! Highly recommended.

This is a fast-paced young adult romance, filled with quirks and quips guaranteed to keep me amused whilst reading. I loved Anna's sense of humour and especially the Yoda quote she gives. That about killed me 😊 Daniel is hot in every way, well aware of the line between protective and obsessive.
Absolutely loved this book, and can't wait for more. Bring on book 2, Talent! Highly recommended.

What starts off as a 'normal' story about a young woman and her foster kids, quickly becomes something completely different - with mysterious men popping up at unexpected times, new abilities being found, old abilities becoming stronger, and threats, to name but some.
With a new Discovery in every chapter, this book is very well written, with no editing or grammatical errors that I found. The chemistry between Nick and Kate jumps out from the page at you, but it is still unclear as to whether or not they will end up together. I loved the supporting cast of friends that turned up towards the end of the book.
This is an intriguing story, with no clear definition of 'good' and 'evil'. Are the good guys really good? Are the bad really as bad as they are made out to be? I don't yet know for sure, but one thing I do know is that I can't wait to read Exploration, the second book in this series.

The chemistry between Nick and Kate jumps out from the page at you, but it is still unclear as to whether or not they will end up together. I loved the supporting cast of friends that turned up towards the end of the book.

GOOD GOLLY MISS MOLLY is the prequel novella to the Mystic Beach series. If you're looking for a short, steamy, and intriguing story, then congratulations! Because that's what you've found.
The story focuses on Molly and Logan, two people who live in Mystic Beach but, for their own reasons, thought they'd never find someone to be with. Sometimes, giving in to doughnuts rewards you in ways you never imagined!
You also get hints and teasers about other characters, as well as the magic Mystic Beach may have. All in all, this was a quick read that has completely whetted my appetite for more! Looking forward to reading Once Upon a Dream which is due for release this summer. Until then, I definitely recommend you get your mitts on this prequel.
