Finally got to watch this movie another of my never got to watch originally but none I have what can I say about its brilliant movie very dark movie and less said about the woodchipper. The cast is top notch but the standout for me is Frances mcdormand as the pregnant cop who is chasing the kidnappers not knowing that yet. anyway good script good direction from the choen brothers to make the perfect movie I should watch more often

Brilliant
Loved this so much, I was toe tapping and singing the whole way through. I don't think many people can say they aren't a fan on Queen, they appealed to the masses.

This film is progressive and done well despite being dramatised. It ended in a good place.

The character/people development was very good and it was nice to see an insight into the band behind the legend.

Would highly recommend, although a sad ending it lifted my spirits.

"The American title — Big Deal on Madonna Street — must be the worst of the international variants for Mario Monicelli’s brilliant incompetent-caper comedy, said to be the absurd version of Rififi. The direct translation — Persons Unknown — used elsewhere, seems funnier once you’ve seen the film; the Spanish distributor had the wit to call it Rufufu and there it’s a treasured classic. The shooting style — the great use of the so-called “curtain effect” — has also been something we always try to put to use."

"I’d read Scorsese, Tarantino, and Jarmusch raving about Jean-Pierre Melville for years. Then I read how Paul Thomas Anderson’s brilliant first movie, Hard Eight, was an homage to Melville’s Bob le flambeur. I had to see one of his movies but couldn’t track them down at my local Tulsa video store. My first night in L.A., I walked down to the newly opened Cinephile video store and rented all of them! Le doulos is my favorite. It’s one tough-guy movie. Great ending!"

Wow.

I have adored this series since the first book. So much happens. Love. Friendship. Death. So much time passes.

I loved all the Nephilim, all for different reasons, and I have a feeling this story will stay with me for a while.

A classic tale of good versus evil with a brilliant plot and characters. I loved the ending, some bits were sad and others were lovely. The romance was uplifting.

If you haven't read this series yet, then I definitely recommend you do.
