Brilliant nonsense
This series covers the formation of the band of misfits gathered together by Timothy Dalton's Niles Caulder, including a range of people with odd abilities after suffering unusual events. With the exception of try-hard Cyborg, they are all wonderfully flawed people just trying to find some purpose to their lives. Alan Tudyk serves as the antagonist for most of the series, as well as a wonderful forth-wall-breaking narrator and the source of most of the laugh-out-loud moments.
While I enjoy Cliff (the robot, former racing car driver), Jane is by far the best character. An extreme schizophrenic, she has over 60 personalities to call on, each with its own special power.
Good, daft fun.

"Bridesmaids: If you have not seen it yet then you probably don’t live on Earth. But if you do live on Earth and haven’t seen it you should check it out. It is one of the more modern of the comedy choices I picked, because if you want to see genius comedy – I mean genius, brilliant comedy – Kristen Wiig will just teach you a lesson, and show you how to be funny. She’s unbelievable in this movie. The story is relatable. If you didn’t think Kristen could be funnier, then get ready for Melissa McCarthy, because she hits you over the head with a cinder block of comedy. It is unbelievably well-written, well-acted, well-directed…one of my faves."

Spectacular New Perspective
One of the greatest failures of our education system is its inability to make history interesting enough that people want to learn it so that we can stop repeating it. Then, we have Erik Larson. His brilliant writing technique turns dull historical facts into a story that forces you to continue turning the pages. Truly spectacular perspective of Churchill and those closest to him during a truly dark time in history. Also, a great glimpse of the German leaders as well. I'm truly looking forward to the next book of his I've ordered... and others after that. I think this should be a guide on how to bring history to a level that people can connect with.

A gripping read
I love it when you pick up a book that you know nothing about, from an author you've never read before and it turns out to be a fantastic and addictive read.

This is marvellous Victorian thriller set from the points of view of two flawed yet highly interesting characters. The central plot of murder, intrigue and abuse is written very well and is a brilliant page turner. I literally couldn't put this book down. It's not perfect and gets a tad rambly at times with some slightly old school language, but for the most part it's such an entertaining read. And the ending was completely unexpected and such a great twist, I really didnt see it coming.

This book was more of filler to be but I still enjoyed the book so much. These books talk about hardship and no matter how bad it is we can over come it. This assassin is brilliant and her sass gods above it makes me happy to hear her sassing choal or dorian.

So today I finally got round to watching 'Split' and found it entertaining.

James McAvoy as always is a brilliant actor and each personality he plays is perfect.

The lovely Anya Taylor Joy portrays a beautiful scare girl who has a history and her interactions with McAvoy are joyous (sorry for the pun) and kept me gripped.

The overall feel of the film, kept me gripped and has made up for M.Night Shyamalan terrible films between this and Unbreakable (especially The Happening - that was terrible).

Of course it wouldn't be one of his movies, without him playing a small part.

I recommend this film to others and look forward to waching the sequel 'Glass' shortly.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this movie became. Based on the trailer that was released with much fanfare and lackluster reception, I didn't have high expectations.

Jim Carrey is brilliant in his role as Dr. Robotnik. The other acting in the film is plenty good enough to ensure that Carrey didn't have to carry everything on his back. The story was actually surprisingly solid given the video game nature. Although Sonic did come equipped with quite a backstory to lend to film adaptation.

I saw this film in the theatre, and then I saw it again more than once after it was released digitally, with my children. Would recommend you definitely give it a go if you are on the fence,
