Chris Hooker (419 KP) rated Solitaire in Books

[Solitaire] is one of those books that came across my feed as "We Think You Might Like". It was compared to John Green and Rainbow Rowell. I will agree with that but British, definately British. It has lots of unexpected twists and turns and is written so well you get through the book in no time. The fact that I was kept guessing until almost the end was amazing.

A British Classic
A classic British film from the old days. A good cool, fun heist film with one of the best chase scenes on film as the police go after the 3 mini coopers all around Turin. I thought I'd just add I like the new Italian Job as well, but it's not a straight re-make, just similar ideas and also worth checking out!

British Great. No one watched
Such a heartwarming beautiful film. Despite its sad story, this is an upbeat uplifting film. Brilliantly acted and greatly written. It deserves a big audience.

A very poor British attempt at a Slasher film. It's not scary or gory and the acting was not very good. Only the location was the only interesting thing about this.
