"I have just started reading this powerful account of Passarlay’s yearlong journey as he fled Afghanistan with his brother. His firsthand account is a heart-wrenching insight into the plight of those forced to leave their homes and loved ones."

Aww...it was so romantic in places. And funny in others when they were fighting like children. What can I say? I'm 22 and still play-fight with my 26 year old brother on occasion. I just related to it :P

A Superb Debut Album!
An excellent debut album from a very talented musician.

The songwriting on this album, done entirely by herself and her brother, is excellent, creating a dark, yet somehow relatable atmosphere throughout. Once I first heard the beat of "Bad Guy" I knew I wanted more, so I purchased this album and her 2017 EP "Don't Smile at Me".

The production on the album, also done by her brother is good, but the use of vocoding (not autotuning!) is used gratuitously throughout, especially on "Xanny", occasionally masking the singer's soft, excellent voice.

This is a story about a girl with a special talent. She gets into quite a few bad things. She finds out what her brother gets into. If she can ever get him out? She loves her brother so much that she does something to save him.

She's then pulled into a sinner kind of a life. In the process, she may have found her love of her life. Tough to survive, she got to do something that is within her power and a secret.

Can she save her brother and herself or will she die as well? Her life in the afterlife is different than when she's out of the afterlife.

The author does get your attention and pulls you in. Have ever been wondering what it's like in your afterlife? You can see what it's like by reading this. Is it different for each living person? That is still not answered for it really could be.

I got this movie for my little brother and I was expecting myself to criticize it but we both ended up sitting down together and laughing. Boss Baby is a fun and hilarious movie meant for all ages and I'd definitely watch it again.

This one is like the previous, from Jonah's point of view, this character is easier to relate to than his brother, we are still following the main story line which is very gripping and enjoyable.

Still super bad sex scenes bringing down the overall rating!

"I'm reading The Letters of Vincent Van Gogh, which is basically a collection of correspondence from Vincent to his brother Theo. I entirely recommend it, but not for the faint hearted. It is a blazingly honest look into the depths of a man's struggling soul."

"I watched this at my brother’s apartment on East Ninth Street and Second Avenue when I was a teenager. Beyond being a movie I return to regularly, it makes me think of grabbing pierogies with my brother at Veselka when they were still affordable."
