Darkwing Duck, Vol. 3: F.O.W.L Disposition

Darkwing teams up with his old nemesis Steelbeak to take down F.O.W.L. Or is it a trap? I found one part of the climax very out of place, even for Darkwing, but overall I enjoyed the next chapter in the comic series.

Well written with each chapter dedicated to a character (which I liked). I didn't know "who dunnit" till the end but I got more thrills knowing I was near the end. Bit of a slog for me nothing much happened until the last third of the book, it was disappointing as I expected this to be more of a thriller.

I love Karin Slaughter novels and this one did not disappoint!

Her books are gripping, full of emotion and the intensity begins with the opening chapter and doesn’t let go until the end.

This is a stand alone novel and I read it in two sittings.

Thank you NetGalley for providing me with the opportunity to read and review this book.

"I’ve read this book several times and it is the perfect Summer read for me, especially for a “Quarantine Summer.” I try to read a chapter a day, because I find it helps me keep everything in perspective as the world is struggling right now. It helps me find the silver lining and gratitude on even the most difficult of days."
