I find her types interesting - there are upholders, obligers, questioners, and rebels. Apparently most people are questioners or obligers (I think - I may be wrong about the obligers). (I'm a questioner, so for once in my life I'm not weird.) Then she classifies people in additional ways, like abstainers or moderators and so on. In fact, there seems to be some sort of classification or label in nearly every chapter!
Anyway, the information in the book is useful, and I am already using it in analyzing my own habits and improving them. Rubin's reading voice is fairly pleasant (I listened to the Audible version), so I don't hesitate to recommend the book.

I loved how this book was set out, going through in the order in which events take place when a real life crime is committed and dedicating a chapter to each stage, providing real life examples along the way which really keeps you engrossed.
I’d definitely recommend this book to anyone who is in the slightest interested in crime in general or just specific aspects such as fire scenes, toxicology and pathology.

I was hooked from the first chapter and there were so many twists and turns it kept me hooked.
The author really gave me an insight into each character and the journey they all went on growing up.
I felt so bad for the characters and what they had to go through especially with the twist at the end. It was heartbreaking but it felt good at the end. The characters opened up.
I think the audience for this book is twenties and over but no specific gender. It is for people who like a good twist and a good crime book.
