Erika (17789 KP) rated Patsy Walker A.K.A. Hellcat! Volume 1: Hooked on a Feline in Books

Feb 11, 2018

I really liked this graphic novel collection, and was completely bummed when I found out that Marvel cancelled the series after Volume 3. The art is so cute and plucky. Patsy goes from unemployed to opening up a temp agency for people with super powers. She's got a lot of issue and baggage, but she gets through it. Overall, a fun book.

I can't even. I got this from the library but now I'm looking for the hardcover for my collection I enjoyed it that much!

This is first book I have read in the Witcher world as I thought it would be best to start with a short story collection since I have only played the third game. I enjoyed the stories and the monsters and I can't wait to read more within this world. I think that it is an interesting world with brilliant characters

AT (1676 KP) rated Seven Little Sons of the Dragon, A Collection of Seven Stories in Books

Apr 8, 2020

This is a collection of seven short stories in manga format. Most of the stories were fine, considering the short length. My only real complaint is that the last story should not have been the last. The book should have ended maybe with one of the first few, instead. The stories were all fairly different from one another, which was nice.
