<b>Snakes on the Job</b> ~ I was hooked on this one from the first page. I loved the cool display of different machines/vehicles and that names were associated with them; kids love pointing to them and asking, “what is that?” they also love all the bright colors too. I liked how <i>Kathryn Dennis</i> also emphasized teamwork to get things done and how we can include everyone in our play.

Small moments in a Kieślowski film can often carry the weight and impact of a sledgehammer. Just watch the beginning of Blue and you will see what I mean. And while you’re at it, I recommend checking out the rest of the great Three Colors trilogy."

"I feel that when I watch this movie I am participating in storytelling, in the building of the film. It emanates this feeling of somebody being there and just saying, “I want to tell you a story,” and the way you’re guided through draws you in—through the colors, the actors—in a way that is so enjoyable it’s almost as if you’re in water and just let yourself be carried by the flow."
