Oh, wait: wrong movie
And therein lies the greatest hurdle (and problem) facing this movie: how to match that Oscar winning 2013 earworm tune from the original?
The answer, quite simply, is that this can't.
That's not for a lack of trying, however, with Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf (who provides the bulk of the comic relief) off on a journey to the mystical forest in the north, and uncovering the truth behind Elsa's powers and their family (and kingdom's) history.
The animation, as ever, is top notch, with a more Autumnal colour palette this time around reflecting the more sombre tone of the film.

It wasn't until I started reading it that I realised it was part of a series, be that as it may it was still a great book to read. And was a good fast paced swash buckling adventure. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the ending was quite abrupt, but if i come across his books again I will be reading more.
