"This ain't no place for the weary kind"
What an amazing film, superb acting from Jeff Bridges but, also from Gyllenhaal, Farrell and Duvall. The soundtrack to this film was ever so important and it goes a long way to help to make the film so special.
Bridges plays Bad Blake, a down on his luck country music legend, Bad is in a drunken, dark and lonely place but lucky for us, we get to see a transformation, and one that I can't see anyone else, other than Jeff Bridges pulling off so well.
Go all country and watch Crazy Heart you hear? You'll not regret it!

All Hallows' Moon (Seasons of the Moon #2) by S.M. Reine
The second book in the series follows closely and seamlessly from the first book. Rylie has moved to her aunt's in the country as a) she feels more comfortable in the country now and b) she thinks it will be safer as she is still struggling with trying to live with the wolf inside her. Seth makes a reappearance and it also shows just how you CAN'T choose your family!

The story is once again excellently written, the characters become more in depth and well-rounded and the pace is once again very well paced and smooth.

Book 3 is ready to start tonight!

Brotherly Love...to another level!
I love books based in different countries other than the UK or the US. Reason being a good book helps you explore these new destinations and learn about different cultures and traditions.

I love reading books based in India. Maybe it is because I am Indian but I love learning about the country my family immigrated from. India is where my roots are and it's a completely different world.

The lowland is based in Kolkata or Calcutta as it was called back then. Although that is not part of the India I am from, it is very interesting how there are so many different traditions in the same country.
