"A story about a couple that bought a remote island in Maine to live on for the rest of their lives. A dream of mine, too: to live on an island, physically and spiritually."

Good soundtrack
Heartfelt funny film
Well I had high hopes for this after seeing the trailer. It is a cool and very funny film about a couple of friends who missed out on partying all year. So they aim to have a wild night to make up for it. It reminded me of a couple of other very good films about high school years. The soundtrack is pretty good as well. Maybe not quite a cult classic but still very enjoyable.

This was my first time reading a novel like this but it is certainly not my last. I cannot think of a single thing missing or should be added. I love historical romance and wanted to try an MM romance. I found that I enjoyed it much more than usual romance because the couple was not dealing with the same old problems you read about in every historical romance. It was something fresh and new, with an amazing lead couple.

Great for streaming
I won this in a Smashbomb giveaway and wanted to give it a few weeks use before reviewing.

We have a couple of chromecast's, a couple of Amazon FireSticks and now the Roku. I've got to say out of the three I think Roku takes the win. The connection for streaming seems on par with the Chromecast and better than the Firestick's... and it adds the functionality of apps which the chromecast doesn't.

Great piece of kit.

"This is one I’ve watched a couple of different times in a couple of different forms. I’ve watched the film version and I’ve also seen the mini-series. I think when I first saw that it changed my idea of acting. I go back to it sometimes just to put myself back in that place where my discoveries about what was possible on a film and the level of immersion between people — this incredible dance that they do — really formed."
