I usually don't read books in this genre, I like to read about things that can really happen. So many of my friends were talking about what a good book it was, I decided to give it a try. The first couple of chapters were ok, I even stopped reading it for a couple of weeks to read something else. But once I got about half way through, I couldn't put it down. I was anxious to see what was going to happen next. Katniss is a young girl who is chosen from her district for the Hunger Games. Each year young people have to fight to the death to see who survives. Crazy right?? Well all that she has go to through to make it to the games and through them, are very interesting. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for something a little different to read.

A fine example of great actors, Winslet won an Oscar for this film telling a sad love story. The film has two different halves. The first with an impressive performance by David Kross as a teenage boy who begins an affair one summer with a much older woman. The couple appear naked for much of the first half of the film as the couple spend their time either reading or making love. The second half of the film is set a good few years later as their paths cross again at a war crimes trial. For me quite a few things in the film don't have much of a back story or make a lot of sense. For me the end of the film didn't have a satisfying conclusion and leaves a lot of questions unanswered. A sad story of two lonely lives and the impact they had on each other.

I have been playing COD for years and my favourites have always been the black ops games. This one is probably my least favourite of the bunch to be honest. It is still a good game, but I wish that a couple things were different with it. I would have liked a proper campaign story rather than the character playthroughs/backstories etc. Blackout was entertaining for a couple days but I soon got bored of that. I do enjoy the zombies and I like the titanic map the best (Always hoping they'll do another Kino Der Toten on this game too though). I do like multiplayer too and I like that they have bought back some of the old maps such as summit and firing range, also excited for the new nuketown map. Overall it is a good game but not as good as the others
