I've always had fond memories of watching this movie as a child. Listening to the audio book narrated by Wilem Dafoe (who did great job, although the voices for Bethany and Rudy were extremely irritating) was pretty great overall. My biggest criticism is that a couple of the male characters stand out as exceptionally competent while the females are weak and needy, and it makes things feel a little imbalanced. I rewatched the movie after finishing it, and although the effects don't hold up that well, give it a shot anyway!

Hello!
I'm not sure if I'm in the right place to share this but I had a few thoughts!

There was a post a couple of months back about new catergories and I was thinking that maybe YouTube channels could be a good one to add?
I've also definitely said this before, but just for good measure... I would love to see DLC as an option to add to video game items, much like you can add seasons to TV shows.

Again, sorry if this is the wrong place to post something like this! 😬

Love this idea! Especially for those that don't get a lot of exposure.

When reading this story, you feel like you need a intro book to fully understand the back story. While the main characters do build, and you end up liking them. There is a lot left to unfold. Since this is just book one, I have hopes with book two coming out in a couple months. That things will really spice up. Due to the ending with a good amount of drama. One things for sure, I will be rereading it before starting book two.

Ill be posting my movie reviews for now on ever Monday's, Tuseday's, Thursday's and Friday's. This might change, but for now this is my posting schedule. Ill do 2 reviews on those days from the poll's that i create. Thank you all for voting on my polls, cause the movie that gets the most votes i will review from the polls. I usually will post the polls couple days before the day of the review.

So again thank you all and again my schedule might change, but for now this will be my review schedule.

Rolling Stone's 494th greatest album of all time
"Time to Pretend" is an amazing start to this album. Such an uplifting anthem.
The next couple of songs are forgettable Bowie-esque songs. Nothing wrong with them but nothing stands out about them.
"Electric Feel" is a good indie Scissor Sisters song, but is instantly forgotten as soon as "Kids" comes on. That is such a thumping anthem as well.
Sadly thereafter it is back to forgettable, Bowie-esque ditties. Some of these remind me of Liam Lynch's album of generally nonsense pop songs.
