Another fantastic, captivating, cowboy novella from the talented hands of the wonderful Dana Mentink. She takes suspense and swoon worthy cowboys, a touch of romance and lots of inspiring messages and wraps them up in an unforgettable plot line.

Ms. Mentink’s Ella and Owen are beautifully chiseled into characters that will steal your heart instantly. I loved their story. Watching Owen and Ella come to terms with not only their feelings for each other, but also with who’s behind framing Ella, was an intense ride! I love when a book will do that to you!

This second installment in the Gold Country Cowboys series is definitely one that I recommend with a high flying 4 star praise. This book will keep you up late, turning page after page, biting nail after nail, as you fly through the book to get to the last page and see how the story ends. You’ll be dying for more from this talented author! I can’t wait for the next one. Well done, Ms. Mentink!

This book is about Friendship. You also learn about ranching in that time. It about Luke and Ray and North Flat Ranch. There some Historical in the book.

It based on a true story with some fiction in it. I completley story. You learn somewhat what to do when in a thunderstorm. Though most of this book is about cattles and the lives of Luke McKeever and Ray. I really enjoyed this book and I was really would recommend it if you you enjoy Cowboys or Ranching and a bit of History.

**BOOK SYNOPSIS**
All the Cowboys Ain’t Gone is the rollicking adventure story of Lincoln Smith, a young Texan living at the beginning of the twentieth century, who thinks of himself as the last true cowboy. He longs for the days of the Old West, when men like his father, a famous Texas Ranger, lived by the chivalric code. Lincoln finds himself hopelessly out of time and place in the fast-changing United States of the new century. When he gets his heart broken by a sweetheart who doesn’t appreciate his anachronistic tendencies, he does what any sensible young romantic would do: he joins the French Foreign Legion.

On his way to an ancient and exotic country at the edge of the Sahara, Lincoln encounters a number of curious characters and strange adventures, from a desert hermit who can slow up time to a battle with a crocodile cult that worships the god of death. He meets them all with his own charming brand of courage and resourcefulness.

This is yet another book from a list on BookLikes called "Books to Fall in Love with". Some of them I have fallen in love with, some not so much and this is one of the latter.

I think it might have been down to the simplicity of the story after the two previous very complicated books i read before it. This didn't really engage me at all. The storyline was kinda cliche and rather boring compared to the previous two and i dont think cowboys do anything for me anymore.

I won't be reading any more of this series.

It really does destroy your phone (or at least the battery) (0 more)
This is basically a South Park version of Plants vs Zombies, where you assemble a cast of South Park characters and look to attack others. There is a "career" mode where you play the New Kid looking to control the cowboys to put Stan and his Indians in their place. This soon develops into battling against Kenny and his aliens/robots.
A great fun little game where you can power up your cards to be more powerful/last longer, and take on other players in PvP battles.
A nice little waste of time.

Mace and Mama are taking a trip on the historic Florida Cracker Trail, living (almost) as the cowboys did centuries ago. But when one of Mama's high school boyfriends is murdered when the group stops at his ranch, danger seems to be stalking Mace and her family.

I enjoyed this light mystery and am wondering why I didn't get back to this series sooner. The characters are charming and Mace shows some real growth here. The plot could have been a bit better developed, but the book was always entertaining.

Cowboys Old Red and Big Red are summoned to the World's Fair in Chicago to compete in a competition to discover who is the best detective in the world now that Sherlock Holmes has vanished. But the stakes are raised when someone involved in the competition turns up dead the second morning. Can Old Red figure out why the murder took place? I always enjoy spending time around these brothers in the 1890's, and this book was no exception. The story is strong as are the characters. Another fun read.
