I loved this book!
It had so much useful information for beginners - advanced canners. I loved the different techniques, recopies, and trouble shooting ideas. Plus the picture layout is amazing (Every heard a picture is worth 1,000 words? Well, it definitely applies here). This book really helped get my creative brain working now I can't wait to start canning this summer!

"The man who gave us “West Side Story,” “A Little Night Music,” “Sweeney Todd,” and so many other acts of brilliance discusses his influences, his approach to his craft, why things work and don't work, etc. He takes you on a guided tour of his creative process. How often do you get to stroll through the mind of a genius?"

"She’s an actress who has worked in television and film for decades. She played Tupac’s mother in ‘Poetic Justice’ and Tina Turner’s mother in ‘What’s Love Got to Do With It?’ Now she’s in ‘Black-ish.’ Her book was hilarious. I listened to the audiobook, and it was so good that it made me step up my audiobook game for Creative Quest"

"Moss Hart’s memoir of his early years (he died too young to produce Act Two) remains the gold standard among books about the American theater. Fully half of it is about his collaboration with George S. Kaufman on “Once in a Lifetime,” Hart’s breakthrough success. It is the best description of the creative process of theater that I’ve ever read."
