A Masterful work of art
What to say about Crime and Punishment? It is a work of a genius. There is so much to digest about this book. The work of a man that can only be described as "thought-provoking".

I'm an avid reader, though my tastes have changed over time. I used to read true crime non fiction, but I have moved into mystery literature. (Though I don't typically read series.) I also love Margaret Atwood and Alice Munro.

"The Other Side offers readers a tense crime novel with a literary heart."

"Like “Crime + Punishment,” it is always worthy to get the word out, to get some truth out. It’s never easy, but I thank and revere those who give so much as they do the hard work of peeling back the layers."

"An aging drag queen falls in love with a young revolutionary in Pinochet’s Chile. It’s a crime that Lemebel is so little known in the English-speaking world. This is one of the great novels of the past half century."
