I liked this. I think I expected the bedwrecker thing to actually happen not just be a reference to a song but the sex scenes were certainly abundant and rather scorching.

It was rather romantic, too.

I thought it was pretty obvious they were going to get together in the end, they just went a really long and complicated journey on what could have happened in five minutes if they both weren't so stubborn and just admitted their feelings for each other.

As for the end bit, that was fun, and super cute! Keen--bit of an unusual name there, and he was taking the mick out of people with normal names!--had me grinning like a loon. SUPER CUTE!

If the next book is Brooklyn's I may just have to read it so see who catches his eye.

This was an enjoyable book. The storyline was cute and easy to follow. The characters were developed. Bethany as the narrator lends a quirky and awkward take on the story. The whole idea of love finding you no matter how hard you try to avoid it is always a good one. Especially when the relationship begins as a friendship. Good showing for a first book by Bryant.

Guessing the number of tricks to take and in what color (0 more)
A cute trick taking card game variation
Good game. Simplistic. Guess the number of tricks you are going to take but also the color of the trick. So 2 blues, 1 orange. Etc. then if you don’t take the tricks it’s worth -2 points. -3 points if you take tricks you didn’t predict. Solid little game.

I have been in such a reading slump and I needed a book with a sure HEA. Kasie West never disappoints in that regard. While I haven't liked a few of her last books I really enjoyed this one.
It was a one sitting read full of cute moments and friendship. Add in a romance and a movie script I wouldn't mind seeing in theatres.
