I liked this. It made me laugh in places and i loved the banter between them. I think this is the first YA book I've read where the entire book is from the guy's perspective. It was different for me and i have to admit that i liked being in Brody's head. He's such a nice guy.

As for Hayley. She seemed like a great character from the beginning and i can truely see why Brody fell for her. They make a really cute couple.

I'm still so intrigued by this series. The will they/won't they of Heller and Tilly. It's obvious they both want to, and I'm quite literally begging them to!, but they're resisting--well Tilly's resisting--and it's driving me mad!

I felt like we missed out on more bonding time with Tilly, Niq and Daniel. They make such a cute trio with their teasing and general messing around. But once again i am straight off to buy book 3 in the series to see what happens next.

I've been reading a lot of Goodreads' "MM Romance" Group shorts of late, this being the fourth? in the last week or so, and I've liked them all.

With this one I have to admit that if it had just been the gig, the confession and the sex I would have given it five stars.

But since it was a little longer than that and we met the rest of the band and a few other people I'm going to give it four stars.

It was cute!

3.5 stars, just because for most of this book Ryker and Zoey were apart and i was disappointed because they are so cute together--in their deadly ways--and how they treat Sprig!

That ending is proper cliff-hanger too! How could it just end like that? But i have a feeling that book 4, Ryker will get his powers back and be able to save Zoey, so I'm off to start book 4, which thankfully I already have so i can jump straight in!

I liked this.

I didn't enjoy it as much as [b:Love to Hate You|38089447|Love to Hate You|Jo Watson|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1524974137s/38089447.jpg|59758616] but it was still a pretty cute romantic comedy. I loved how the chemistry between the two very different characters made them determined to overcome those difference and how they're feelings developed.

I also loved the journey through rural Africa and back into urban cities.

I'm looking forward to reading some more books by the author.
