This is book number 4 in the Dungeons and Dating series and I have to say I have loved every one so far. The series is centred on a group of people who run a business called the Tabletop Tavern and have come together through their love of board games, particularly Dungeons and Dragons.

Each book focuses on different characters and their love life and life in general. This book focuses on Kelly who is trying to get over a domestically violent relationship that ended with the death of her then-girlfriend and Tabby who has never felt any good for anybody.

Katherine is an absolute wizard with words and you get a clear understanding of what each character is going through. She tackles the tougher subjects abuse/homophobia/grief etc in such a delicate but powerful way. It is a pleasure to read even though some of it is heart-breaking.

I 100% recommend reading not just this book but the whole series. Fantastic Katherine.

Mason has a big-time crush on Hunter who they work with. However, when they were drunk and made a pass at Hunter, he turned him down flat out, leaving Mason a little heartbroken but he kept the friendship going. Hunter has an attraction toward Mason and wishes he could tell them what truly beautiful and wholesome human being they are and how they make him feel.

Oh my gosh, this story is beautiful! It's the third instalment of the dungeons and dating series and every story is written with so much feeling and passion that you get an understanding of each character.

Both Mason and Hunter have their different heartaches regarding drugs and addiction, you get a feel of the turmoil both characters have going on inside them and in some instances have my heart breaking for them.

It is a beautiful story that focuses on drug misuse, the loss of loved ones through drug use and the love and friendship people can find in the darkest of times

Love this cover and I am so happy to have won a copy from bookish first to review. I used to play basketball in middle school and I enjoy any YA books that take me back to the time of playing sports in High school. I also love a good rom com and this book has that too but of course I am going to bring up that they are a diverse couple and she is plus size. I love a book that has representation and this one is so cute down to her jordan's on the cover and his van's.

Friends turned into more than friends story and it is a coming of age tale for both of the characters. Bethany and Jacob are bad at dating and decide to pretend date and usually this kind of story ends up getting dramatic messy and full of teen angst that is hard for me to get through but this book was totally not that vibe. They are both strong characters that don't succumb to peer pressure which is awesome <3<3<3

Sierra is coming to terms with the discovery of her family's dark secrets and mastering the elements when London's Guardians begin to vanish one by one.

Certain the Culpatus is behind the abductions, she needs to uncover where they're taking the Guardians before it is too late. However, she can't do this alone and must team up with the last person she wants to deal with - Gavin.

Gavin has broken her heart, and yet, she still longs for him, even though she's dating Cooper.

The mission to rescue the Guardians will test Sierra, Gavin, and Cooper like nothing has ever before and take them deep into the lair of the Culpatus.

Will they manage to free their people, or will they end up prisoners themselves?

I don’t know why but this one I really really struggled with. I’m not sure where I became a little bored and it’s a shame as the other 2 books i enjoyed. This one I couldn’t get on with.
