A great little book
My son was very engaged with this book. While he drank his milk, he enjoyed the pictures and the repetition that works well to keep the young engaged and progress the story. We loved the ending, and I personally feel, I could read this quite a few more times before starting to wish the characters a slow death (as I do Peppa Pig).

"Coming up to more recent years, I think Meet Joe Black, again, was a tear-jerky chick flick for me that I loved. And the performances…Anthony Hopkins can do no wrong, Brad Pitt‘s become a favorite as well, and Claire Forlani — stop already! All that girl has to do is blink and I’m enraptured. And that was another romance with a sci-fi twist; death coming to take a holiday."

I enjoyed this book, really I did, but I felt like this was overhyped a bit. While I understand the whole point was to make the reader realize how precious life is and the importance of just living, instead of fearing death, it all felt too pressured, too forced. The idea itself, however - of a world that can tell you that you're going to die today - was pretty interesting.
