Not one of the best...
One of the worst, if not the worst game in the Resident Evil franchise.
The story of the game is good, and introduced the franchise's love of ships, but due to the terrible design of the game, it is almost impossible to progress within the game.
One plus though, due to the awkward game design, it keeps the tension of the other games!
