I received a copy of this book from Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

I really liked this one! It has a great diverse caste of characters and a believable mostly likable protagonist.
It was totally understandable that Danny was upset about the broken promise.

I really liked the houseguests and the ghost story.

Enormously Entertaining
Climbing and mountaineering podcasts are a pretty specific niche and as such, they tend to flop after a few seasons. The Enormocast has recently published its 170th episode, which is truly saying something for the genre. The host is funny and down to earth, and the guests are so diverse in their pursuits. Every episode is an adventure in and of itself.

Intelligent, diverse, well made series
I wasn't sure what to expect from a college related series, as I'm usually sceptical of that scene, however I was pleasantly surprised by this show. The cast is smart, the dialogue is intelligent, the content is noteworthy and the production is high-end.

Sam, the feisty radio host of Dear White People and activist on campus, is one of the main characters, split between six others, showcasing an array of diverse voices and talent. The name is self-explanatory but all I can say it begins on the premise of a "blackface" party held by some of the white students on site. It is horrifying, but it is current and highlights racial tensions in America today.

From gay black characters, to interracial relationships - there is a plethora of storylines weaved into each episode. Fantastic series.

Rolling Stone's 14th greatest album of all time
This is the beginning of the Beatles' onslaught on the top 500 list in earnest. Their final recordings, it is a really diverse set of songs, from the superb Come Together, to the very different tone of Here Comes the Sun. A fair number of McCartney's "grannie songs" (not my words, the words of John Lennon) spoil this as an album overall.

I have to be honest, I lost interest in Radiohead after Kid-A, when they moved away from songs and became more diverse. I know this says bad things about me, but it just seemed so much hard work compared to the likes of OK Computer and The Bends. This was a surprisingly good listen and one I will give another chance.

Handles depression in a real relatable way. (1 more)
Diverse cast.
Heartwarming and loveable
This has become one of my favorite Disney movies. It's chock full of heart, Hiro is relatable, and one very important things it shows depression in a way that is real. It doesn't brush it off, it acknowledges that it comes in many forms. This was a huge win for Disney and I wish more people appreciated it for the gem it is.

Decent story
This had the promise of being a really good story with a slight fantasy element to it but it just didn't seem to pull it off for me. The characters were a little strange and hard to follow, and the flow was a little off but the descriptions were vivid and brought the world to life and I liked that there were such diverse range of characters in the story.

A modern psych institution horror story
Hold on to your hats, this isn't your typical haunted asylum story. The main characters, all teens, investigate the mental hospital where they've been institutionalized. The lines between what is real and what isn't are hard to see. The characters are diverse, three-dimensional and much more than their diagnoses. The writers care about representing mental illness accurately and respectfully, and donate to different mental health organizations.

"I would die to work with the Coen Brothers. I love their sense of humor. This film is hysterical on so many levels, but I guess it’s the diverse group of characters that really gets to me. Jeff Bridges is perfection as “the dude” and Julianne Moore kills it as Maude, but my favorite may be John Turturro as “Jesus.” To me, this is a perfect comedy. Oh yeah and the soundtrack is SICK!!!"
