Who doesn't love dogs??!!
This book is non-fiction but at times you would think some of the people were made up characters. There are some strange people out there :)
This is Kate MacDougall's account of setting up a dog walking service in London, before anyone else was doing it. She leaves her office job at Sotheby's after knocking over one too many valuable objects and starts off walking one dog.
As the number of dogs increases, she has to bring in other walkers. We hear about some of the dogs, some of the strange owners, the successes and failures of the walkers, and the stages of Kate's life over a period of about ten years.
I found it entertaining, sometimes funny and there is a bit of sadness of course as dogs don't go on forever. Kate's mum is a bit of a hoot with her expectations of how life should go, and Kate's life is chaotically not living up to that.
The dogs are lovely despite some of their issues, the owners are trying their best for their dogs (although some shouldn't have them as they have no clue!), and it is an enjoyable and quick read.

Dog Soldiers might be showing its age by now, but damn it's still a ride.

The cast absolutely make it - I've never been one of those "wheeey lads, football" kind of guys, but the group of soldiers that the film follows have great chemistry, and just feel real. I always enjoy Sean Pertwee, and here is no different. I would argue that it's one of his best performances to date, from the fantastic monologue about his mate in Iraq near the start, to his increasingly mad and out of it schtick near the films climax.
Its an incredibly well paced movie as well. It doesn't take long for shit to hit the fan, and the rest of the narrative feels frantic, despite being set in one building for the most part.
There's a good amount of gore, and Neil Marshall is never afraid to show us his werewolves, and they look great! Its all practically done as well, giving us the cherry on top.

Dog Soldiers and The Descent are the two films that truly cemented Neil Marshall as a director to watch. Its nearly 20 years later and it's still a great watch and in my opinion, is one of the better werewolf films out there!

Are you looking for an adorable book to read to your toddler or child? Well, If Puppies Had Pockets is a good one to get. It is cute and cute. It shows your child or children about some teachable moments like sharing. It can show who a puppy or dog would be willing to share and show its love to you or your children.

This book has some rhyming. What would you do if puppies had pockets? What would they have in their pockets? You could ask your child or children what they think their puppy or puppies would have in their pockets if they had them. It seems to me to be set on imagination and sharing and talking about love.

The book stood created to be held by toddlers and children. It is thick enough for them to turn the pages. It is a short and easy read; Your child can learn to read with this. The pictures are cute; I love the images in this book. Children and adults will enjoy this book. If you are a dog or animal person, this book is for you and your family. Parents should put it on their child's bookshelves, or their grandparents could get it for their grandchildren.

A great sociable app, whether you are snapping your day to day life, social events, holidays... Or a fancy dinner this is the app for you. I like the story addition to see snippets of people I follow. The whole world and his dog are on there. Follow your favourite bands, celebs, teams, hotels, bars, films they are all on there. With the ability to check in locations and hash tag photos it's easy to browse photos you will like. The variety is great.

You want a book that will evoke an emotional response? Then [Sadie Sapiens] by [Jeff Bauer] is it. If this book does not cause you to cry, laugh, and want to hurt someone you must be some kind of scary person.

The story of a special bond between a dog and her human takes you on twists and turns. It shows the good of humanity as well as the dark side. Mostly it shows the importance of loving your pack, (aka family), those created by blood and choice.

Now I must go converse with my cats.

Didn't get the pet you wanted for Christmas and thinking of getting one and hiding it in the cupboard? In this story, a little girl "adopts" a dog, and doesn't tell her mother. Keeping it in the cupboard teaches her that not everything should be kept in there. When she finally admits to her mum about her pet a good chat teaches her about responsibility.
An enjoyable read, with illustrations that are simple and easily taken in, but may not be to everyone's appeal this book is a good way to bring up the subject of responsible pet ownership with younger children.

Riley Mack was labeled a troublemaker after an ill-advised attempt to steal an ice cream cake. Now he tries to help his friends out of problems with school bullies. But when one friend has his dog stolen, Riley and the gang may be in over their heads. There's lots going on here that will keep kids engaged. Personally, I thought the characters were a little weak, but I don't think kids will notice or care.
