Like most of the other books I have read so far this year, I listened to the audiobook. (Still no new glasses yet) The reading was very well done!
I loved the characters, even if some of them got annoying at times. The main character, Sam, was really compelling. I liked how she was able to change so much and be able to help people even if she was super shallow at the beginning. It was nice to see.
The only thing I want to know is how this happened to her. What was the driving force to make her relive the same day? What deemed whether she was worthy or not to be able to move on to whatever comes next?
Overall, I really enjoyed this book!

This was brilliantly written, with plenty of world-building and information given without it being an info-dump. There is definitely character growth from Zev but the others are just as interesting.
As the first book in a series you expect to get a lot of the ground-work, sometimes to the detriment of the story. Not so here. Ms. Alsop has provided a great start and I am looking forward to the next book in the series. Definitely recommended by me.
* A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book, and the comments here are my honest opinion. *
