Reliable and easy to use
I prefer Libby to the original overdrive app for reading and listening to my library books. Passages can now be highlighted in the ebooks on Libby. Audio is easy to navigate and bookmark. Browsing for books and audios are easy.
One downside is that the books/audios download automatically, I’d rather choose.

Easy to use on the go
Range of background colours
Continuous scroll function
The Kindle app is my app of choice at the moment for eBooks. I use my phone. It is easy to navigate. I recently joined up to kindle unlimited and it's really easy to return and get new unlimited books.

Well Worth it Reading App
I love the Scribd App! This is my main source of Audiobooks because they have such a huge variety. Plus they offer most new releases in Audiobook format! I also use this app for Ebooks. My only complaint would be that they advertise as an unlimited app but in reality your access is in fact limited. Any high frequency books, or if your working your way too quickly through a series and the app will limit your access until the following month. I’ve only run into this issue a few times and this isn’t my main source for books so it didn’t affect me too much. Just be aware that it is an issue with the app.

Used every day
Audio books, podcasts, and music are what get me through the workday. As a writer I'm a huge consumer of books, libby helps to keep that obsession affordable. My local library usually stocks the latest and greatest audio books. Though the wait times are not ideal, it's still worth it to use the app.

I love Libby. It is very user friendly as opposed to Overdrive. Log in with your local library membership to gain access to eBooks and audiobooks. It's great if you randomly want to read a book and it's on Libby and available. Downside is just like a library not every book is available and I once I had to wait for 2 months to get an eBook as it had been reserved by a few others before me.

Best Investment
I love my Kindle Fire and use it more than my laptop. I am an avid reader but don't have a large space to store paperback and hardback books. The Kindle app allows me to download and purchase books, categorize them, organize them, and have several started books at once all in one place. Ebooks are cheaper than paperbacks which allows me to feed my addiction without having to spend a lot of money.

I use this app to borrow audiobooks from the Austin Public Library. Ebooks are also available, but I can't get them transferred to my e-ink nook, so I tend to not borrow them. The only thing that bothers me, is that there are a limited about of audiobook copies that they can let at once. So, it takes forever for the popular books to be available. It also works really well with the bluetooth in my car, which is a relief because Audible is horrible with bluetooth.
