MoMoBookDiary (20 KP) rated Making Faithful Decisions at the End of Life in Books
Oct 1, 2018
Nancy Duff, in the context of Christian faith, raises a number of questions for believers to take into account regarding death and making informed end-of-life decisions.
I found this book very helpful in raising questions based on faith as opposed to other books on the subject that have been more medical based.
Certainly a book worth reading and contemplating even if you yourself are not actively concerned about your own end of life. It helps the reader see other considerations that someone facing the end of life will be thinking about.

From the BBC: All Mobeen wants to do is follow his faith, lead a good life and make sure his sister fulfils her potential. But can he juggle this with his criminal past always chasing him?
This show is absolutely hilarious, set in Birmingham it follows Mobeen as he attempts to raise his sister, look after his mates (who need all the help they can get) and follow his faith. However with idiot police, the new drug dealers and (un)helpful family/friends life gets a little difficult.

I personally didn't know the story of Jeremy Camp but this was a beautiful film. The main stars Britt Robertson and K J Apa were brilliant, I truely feel there investment into the roles and I was hooked from the get go.
Such a beautiful story, very sad but once you know the main premise its no surprise really. I would thoroughly recommend watching this but bring the tissues.
Faith/Christianity is a key part but not over-bearing.

Possession or testament to faith?
Visually impressive and thought provoking - although I left with several unanswered questions and a deeper distrust of ‘the church’
