Scrabble is a good game because it has a fairly consistent playing time between each game, not lasting too long nor too short per game. It is also a very easy game to get the hang of, literally just spelling. As well as this the pieces are a good quality plastic that is satisfying to hold and doesn't seem flimsy, comes with stands and score boards, though the pins for the score boards are far from indestructible. Generally speaking it is an all round good game for all ages.

Mack (3 KP) rated Pet Sematary (2019) in Movies

Pet Sematary (2019)
Pet Sematary (2019)
2019 | Horror
It has good scares, great actors and a few engaging moments. It also has a few scenes from, and references to, the book that the original left out. (0 more)
While it adds a couple of elements from the book that the original film left out, it takes a few too many liberties when deviating from the source material in other areas. (1 more)
The setup of the film takes far too little time, leaves many questions unanswered, confuses the average viewer that hasn't read the book, and lacks the ability to keep you immersed.

The suspense
The prison scene at the end
Dang. I tell you what. Zac Efron was absolutely fantastic and equally as chilling as Ted Bundy. The writers and directors painted Bundy in a way that made me feel somewhat sympathetic for him and his fiance, despite knowing what he did to those women. The ending scene at the prison was absolutely chilling. Fantastic directing and acting. Zac Efron and Lily Collins shined, and I would go as far as to say that was Zac Efron's best performance ever.

Wonder Woman (2017)
Wonder Woman (2017)
2017 | Action, Fantasy, War
It introduces wonder woman properly, explains where she came from and why she is so special. (0 more)
DC at it's finest
Unlike Batman versus Superman, this movie explains who Wonder Woman is and where she came from. In batman/superman, they just dropped her in without any explanation.
Diana heats of a war going on and decides to stop it, simple as that.
It is funny and touching and very enjoyable. It's definitely worth watching even if you're not a massive DC fan. It's by far their best movie.

What a bizarre read. I expected this to be a quick steamy read and I wasnÂ’t far off. There is enough development to get a feel for the characters and story, but they are shallow at best. This is sexual escapism at it finest. Their need to have sex to understand each other should have tipped you off. If you are looking for a quick erotic read with an outlandish story, you would probably enjoy this but donÂ’t expect to be blown away by characters, plot, or chemistry.

As far as erotica novels go, this novel is one of the worst that I have ever read. Not only was it vague in any erotic descriptions the author decided to give use, but the actually erotica content was almost absent. It was like reading a fairy tale written for adults with all the gore and vulgarity instead the sunshine and smiles, although the happy endings were present.

When I want erotica, I want erotica. If I wanted some fairy tales told for adults instead children, I would read the Grimm's Fairy Tales.

I have yet to read anything by Huff that wasn't enjoyable, but Wild Ways was better than most. The Enchantment Emporium was decent, but it was really just a warm-up for this volume as far as I'm concerned. In fact, the way music and magic are entwined here put me in mind of some of de Lint's work. I look forward to reading more in this series, although part of me is a bit worried that it will be difficult to match the charm of this book again.

Flinch takes center stage in this fourth book in a middle grade series. Part James Bond spoof part adventure, it's another fun ride as everyone on earth starts trying to take it over. And the team survive a new school and figure out why everyone is turning evil and how to stop it? I've loved all of these books so far and can't wait for next year's entry already.

The best part of the book is the Sommelier
Mira Grant's "The Wine in Dreams" is about a sommelier who learns the lengths to which a person will go for a product representing a fantasy. This is by far and away the best story in the book. it's 4 short stories that interweave in this specific city in the star wars universe, which is essentially Las Vegas turned up to 11. If you love the star wars universe, it'll tickle that fancy, if you're not the stories are still interesting. I enjoyed it.
