Haley Mathiot (9 KP) rated Triangle of Deception in Books
Apr 27, 2018
Triangle of Deception is one of those sit-on-the-edge-of-your-seat books. It’s book four of a series but it makes a wonderful standalone. I don’t want to say too much for fear of giving anything away! Fast paced, energetic, and exciting, this is one that any crime-thriller lover won’t want to miss.

Jessica Cashen (1 KP) rated The Girl Without Magic (Chronicles of Maggie Trent, #1) in Books
May 16, 2018
Fantastic read, I couldn't put it down. Fast paced, full of adventure, great world building. Well written, great plot and characters. Maggie Trent is fighting and next thing she knows she is in another realm, the Sirens Realm. She meets a nice man Bertrand Wayland and he tells her of the rules in the realm. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book from Netgalley.

Hazycoot (15 KP) rated Smash Up in Tabletop Games
Mar 31, 2019
Like a simplified version of magic the gathering, you build a deck out of two factions and compete with other players for victory points, which are acquired by destroying bases. Once you learn how to play the game is fairly fast paced and would be great for players the age of twelve and up. There is a plethora of expansions adding new factions and bases

Sidney Evans (3 KP) rated the PlayStation 4 version of Red Dead Redemption 2 in Video Games
Apr 9, 2019
The graphics are phenomenal! (1 more)
The single player story line is great.
The multiplayer gets boring... fast! (1 more)
The xost of weapons that really have no special upgrade values.
Could be better.
I was very excited to play this game at furst and to be honest the single.player game mode is great. Where the game truly falls short is in the multiplay mode. Not enough to do and gets boring very quickly

ideally enjoyed Inked it was fast paced, full of action and kept my interest. Zane was a real bad boy hottie ( fanning my self here ) and Maddie while naive, the perfect good girl counterfoil to Zane's badassness. Katie the best friend, really like her sassyness. this was a very enjoyable read the chemistry between our two lovers set the pages alight and made you want to keep reading loved it.

Mark @ Carstairs Considers (2355 KP) rated The Last Word (Diagnosis Murder, #8) in Books
Mar 9, 2018
The final Diagnosis: Murder novel finds Dr. Mark Sloan's world crumbling around him when a conspiracy targets his friends. Slow going at the start, but lays crucial groundwork for the fast paced rest of the novel. I loved it and sorry to see the characters fade into the sunset again.
