Eugene
I enjoyed Housebound. It's not very scary, more of a makes you wonder type of movie. While I like all of the characters, Ryan Lamp as Eugene is my favorite. He brought Eugene to life and made the character believable. I've watched Housebound multiple times and I'm always eager for Eugene's entrance.

I received a free copy of this book from NetGalley for an unbiased opinion.
We live in a world where everyone can become "famous" in a matter of mere moments. Houts has a devote following on Instagram where she is considered "Instagram's favorite illustrator". To me, this collection of dark and satirical illustrated essays ran like a stream of entertaining consciousness best enjoyed while just a touch stoned. Would I buy this book as a gift for someone else? Probably not. Would I recommend following Houts on Instagram for entertainment value? Absolutely, and already have (she's jooleeloren on Instagram).
My favorite from the book: "How To Be A Perfect Feminist", though the adventures of the four women of the Apocalypse were pretty great, too.

These were all cute and fun stories. My favorite was Valerie King's A Tangle of Kittens. While I was a little weary of the plot at first, I soon warmed up to it and it was a delightful story (the description on the back of the book is misleading though). Both Anne and Marecham are terrific and they have great conversations between them. The Birthday Kitten is next on my list and it was very sweet, loved both Johnna and Ramsey. Finally, Belling the Kitten was very fun, although not my favorite of the three, I found Amaris to be a twit at first. Love the cats in all the stories too! So cute! All in all a great little Valentine's anthology.

Rating this for what it was when I first saw it in theaters.
I remember all the build up for this right before it came out and actually seeing it I remember walking out with my mom and brother and we couldn't stop talking about it! We had always been Spiderman fans and the movie really lived up to the hype.
Toby Maguire will always be my favorite Peter Parker he pulled off the nerdy kid so perfect and Kristen Dunst was such a great MJ and let's be real the upside kiss was one of my favorite moments and still is to this day.
It really was a great origin story for such an amazing character... Now I really want to rewatch it.

An almost perfect adaptation of an escape room
My friends and I love these mini escape rooms. They have a ton of different puzzles that really do require thinking outside of the box. Be prepared to destroy the components so it cannot be reused. I will often recycle my favorite puzzles in my D&D campaigns spread out over different sessions (exploring a Egyptian tomb, spooky cabin in the woods, tropical beach or a science lab are perfect campaign themes). Some puzzles are much harder than others but there are hints for each clue. Some people might balk at using hints but that's their own issue. Pharaohs Tomb has been my favorite so far.

This book is a modern adaptation of Jane Austen’s Persuasion. I was very excited when I heard about this book as Persuasion is my favorite of her novels, thank you to Touch My Spine Book Reviews for turning me onto this book! I loved seeing these characters come to life in a new light. I thought the setting was interesting and worked very well in adapting it into a modern time. I must say though that my favorite parts of the book were where it diverged from its source material and made something new. It was certainly successful in taking its inspiration from Austen but also did a great job of creating something interesting and unique. This is a fun romance story that I would definitely recommend.
