This is yet another non-fiction spy story by Ben Macintyre that reads like a novel. This book features the double-agent that began working for the KGB, and became an agent for the UK for ideological reasons.
My favorite section was the escape section, it was completely riveting and entertaining. I can't wait for Macintyre's next book.

What else is there to say about this book that hasn't already been said? I love the characters in this book. They are easy to relate to and it is easy to care for them/cheer them on. I love the introduction of Black and Lupin. They are some of my favorite characters in this series.

My FAVORITE book
Fantasy meets punk in this coming of age story about a teen who has traveled to Bordertown, a place where magic is real and technology is spotty at best. He makes friends with a ragtag group of humans, elves, and halfies. I've read this book 3 or 4 times and it never gets old.

<strong>Creeepy!!!!</strong>
This book I discovered when I was 10 and it's still one of the creepiest books ever to me. The slow build up of dread in a kids book is amazing.
Also Prof. Childermass is one of my favorite characters. Who wouldn't want to be a crotchety old dude with a fuss closet?

I loved it, but it wasn't enough! 😭
I'm more than ready to see what happens between Nesta and Cassian - even if it's just one book. And I pray for a continuation on Mor's story, as well as: Elain, Lucien, Azriel... This book has made me even more impatient to learn what comes next from my favorite people.
