A clever supernatural horror
Contains spoilers, click to show
I enjoyed this horror as it has good special effects and a clever story. The possession of the husband and his subsequent deterioration are quite graphic at times and the overall feel of the film is just dark enough. The musical parts are a minor hiccup but they do piece the story together nicely. From India to London this is a horror film that is definitely worth a watch.

A split decision
I was excited about this film when I first heard about it. Unbreakable and Split are both very good films and with Unbreakable made so long ago it was good to see those characters again. The film starts well and overall is a good conclusion to the series. However I still feel it didn't reach its potential with a slow middle act. Still an entertaining film for fans of the other 2 films.

Looking for a Halloween feel book without the spooky or gore this is your book. It was absolutely laugh out loud funny at parts and I just generally enjoyed reading it. Looking for a good ghost story this is for sure it!

This was a very romantic story and it really made me feel good when it was over, which rarely happens with stories. I could really imagine the velvet room when I was thinking about Robin sitting there reading with the curtains drawn.

Despite only coming in at just over 200 pages, this did feel rather like hard work at times. The solution to the mystery was very good, but I was still puzzled as to quite why the villain was allowed to get away.

your basic feel-good movie with good music and a good message. No harm at all, but really leaves no lasting impression on the viewer.
Another case of the trailer of a movie basically giving away the film here. The film plays out from the beginning with the basic love large people premise and basically paints by numbers from there on. On the positive side, you get all the hits of the Dolly catalog and all the actors play their parts well. While it's Willa's story, at certain times I found her hard to believe her motivations behind her actions, and I favored the supporting characters to her. The conflicts in the plot are solved too easily. Jennifer Aniston does what she can with what she is given, but her performance seems pretty safe and standard fare that she can do with her eyes closed. It's just your basic feel-good movie with good music and a good message. No harm at all, but really leaves no lasting impression on the viewer.

Good concept
I really like the rules and concept of hotel artemis. The characters were good and likeable for the most part, it was easy to follow along but not always obviously set out. I loved the futuristic feel of the hospital.
I think the story of the old family member could have been explored more and the ending was exceptionally neat, over quickly. The music was good, I don't know if it's the genres we are watching but everyone seems to be blasting 80's music in fight scenes now - not neccessart all the time.

Good, But Not Great
I feel the show had a really great first season and the second season was equally good. Cole Sprouse is great as Jughead Jones. The rest of the cast is good too. There is a lot of interesting mystery and drama with the show. The show has its issues however such as the character of Archie Andrews. Whoever is writing him has made Archie incredibly thoughtless whereas in the comics Archie was fairly smart. I don't understand why they have written him as incredibly foolish for the show. It's also quite odd that there are only two good parents on the show and the rest of the parents are horrible. The current season I feel is a mix of good and bad. The current mystery and intrigue is pretty good, but there are issues again with plot holes especially with the character of Hiram Lodge. No one in their right minds would let Hiram get away with as much as he has. I like the show and it's good, but it's not great because of some of the writing issues.

I don't care what anyone says, I love this movie. Amanda Bynes had such a good career before she went a little off the rails and this one is definitely one of my favorites! I also LOVE Colin Firth. I think he does the proper Englishman well, but it's fun to see him let loose in those leather pants.
This movie is a good watch to feel good or just to have something mindless to pass the time which can never hurt!
