I liked this story but Keira's total lack of understanding of Kellan's feelings wound me up so bad. How coud she not realise how much she was hurting him??? I realised it from well before the 40% mark and it was driving me crazy.

This is a very well-written book with a powerful narrative which is incredibly vivid. It is a shocking plot which describes the unthinkable in a very moving and sensitive way. A triumphant insight into a mother's feelings for her family and how she copes when this is torn apart.

Huh. Kou, if only you hadn't waited so long to decide to return her feelings, she's so annoyed at you right now--and me too!

I'm still liking the whole dynamic of the five-some, though admittedly it's more of a three and a two. They get along so well together.
