2.75 stars. My feelings more or less mirror Baba's review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/714660908?book_show_action=false&from_review_page=1

The beginning was really good, I got excited at the thought of the sexts they were sending to each other at the airport and then when they finally got around to the sex...it was later on after they'd revealed themselves to the other that I started to lose interest, it went too soppy and at the same time they both became really insecure. I was ready to give up about the 81% but it was so close to being over that I skimmed through the rest.

I did enjoy the flirtation between Wes and Rubi and would like to see what happens between those two but I'm not in any hurry.

It works as an invitation, to both understand and let go of the need for understanding. We leave our bodies be the moment, our feelings to be the logic. We move in perfect consciousness. But perhaps we are not all of us looking at the sky.

“You will see people
Who don’t even think of
The way their bodies shape themselves”
— Slow Skies

Karen Sheridan, known in Dublin and increasingly around the world as Slow Skies, invites us all to take a minute and breathe. With her single Dancing, in a voice that for a moment reimagines Nora Jones, Sheridan asks the listener to 'to think about whatever it is that makes them feel good'. We like the lazy guitar strumming, the ice-cream-soft voice, and the variated Hey Mickey drum beat.

Well after reading a lot of the other reviews for this book, I have to say I didn't think Patch was too bad. Okay, so he did a few bad things in regards to Nora but he wasn't the bad guy in the end. I actually liked him from the beginning, when he was the new bad boy at the school and was trying to get Nora's attention. I admit my feelings about him changed a little when he confessed what he was really there for but he didn't go through with it...

The only character I really had an issue with was Vee, and it wasn't anything major, she just annoyed me with how pushy she could be when she wanted something

Anyway, I'm off to start Crescendo...

This was probably my least favourite of the series so far.

My feelings toward this book went south early on with the scene with Angelo and Cole and the fact that Zach didn't mind. I know we aren't all alike in our relationships but I prefer to read about monogamous couples.

Jared annoyed me a little, too, in how much he stuck his nose into other peoples business. Yeah, you're friends but really it has nothing to do with you what Zach and Angelo get up to.

I have to admit that the character that I liked best in this book was Matt, who tried to keep everyone calm and friendly towards each other despite his loyalties.

I'm undecided on whether to read the next book now or to wait a bit :/
