A story of self-obsession narrated by the point of view of a psychiatrist, published as a Penguin...

The first thing that attracted me to this book was the cover, loved it.
After reading the book I found that the character on the front of the book certainly lived up to the character in the book, Captian Samuel. The book is definitely a God can do all things when you rely on Him type of book that I love. We always need that reminder. I will definitely be reading more books by Michelle Griep.

I volunteered to read this book from Barbour Publishing, the opinions expressed within are my own.

Movie Favorite

"I love this picture because it showed me at a very young age the scope an animated movie could have. It also inspired me to look deeper into this genre and the different filmmakers working in it. I loved the graphic novels and it was the first time I saw a comic book translated to the big screen. It unspooled at a second run by my house and I saw it a TON of times. I also believe this is why I own a red Japanese motorcycle that goes really really fast. AKIRA HUUUUH?!"

1984 | Comedy

"The last one, for me, just in terms of comedy, is This is Spinal Tap. [Laughs] I mean, I love Spinal Tap. When I first saw it in 1984 I was the only person in the cinema at Swiss Cottage in London, and I didn’t know whether it was real or if it wasn’t. [Laughs] It was just so profoundly funny. I think it obviously inspired me personally, in a huge way. I would say that the movies that inspired Anvil! were a combination of Withnail and I and This is Spinal Tap. [Laughs]"

Its been a while...

...Since I read the first four books in this series but I know I fell in love with them and Riley and Denver.

So yeah, I'd forgotten a lot of what went on and it took me a while to get into this. But I'm happy for the couple.

P.S. I'm not sure if this book has been updated since I bought it back in 2015/2016 but there are quite a few missing/extra words floating throughout and I'm pretty sure Fayne turns onto Faye at some point.
