It takes a while to lay the groundwork for this story, leaving the reader with two or three separate storylines to follow (depending on which chapter they're on). Blaise and Ambrose are roommates first, then more, then not. Blaise and Caitlyn find each other, followed by Ambrose finding them both. Then, we also have an old nemesis, plus her daughter, causing trouble.
There is a lot that goes on, but it's completely worth it. Creep isn't as cute as BooDini or House (hence the name), but it all becomes clear in the end. I love her attitude, too!
I would love an extra book to be added to this, showing Jen, Lex, and Caitlyn with their mates. Actually, I want more than that. I want Jake and Billy to have their story, and now I really, REALLY, need Priscilla's. She has a great story arc!!!
A fantastic addition to the series that I thoroughly enjoyed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me.

Torex and Pelun (I wouldn't dare to be so familiar as to call them Tor and Pel!) are both princes and both the black sheep of their families for differing reasons. Torex has a plan to marry for love in a FAR FROM NOW future, and goes to Tond to annoy his brother and get out of an arranged (sort of) marriage. Pelun doesn't know what game the High Prince is playing, but he isn't interested anyway.
I find it so easy to lose myself in Ellie Ash's worlds. This one is slow-burning, but with snippets and comments that made me chuckle. Yes, Pelun has a chip on his shoulder, and no, I don't blame him (fully). As for Torex, well, he's charming, but also slightly conceited. This isn't really a surprise, given his upbringing and magical level.
I thoroughly enjoyed every word of book one, and I can't wait to continue with the next. Absolutely loved it and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.

When you start a book and realise you have already read it but continue because it was so good! Well this was better the second time round. All the emotions came flooding back and I love that a book can have that effect on you. Rereading Karou and Akivas story was just as enjoyable as the first time the world building and story is just beautiful. I really like this authors style.

Usually I write a little blurby bit, but I'm not going to here, I'm gonna jump straight in!
Cos, this book right?? It's so freaking good!
It's not ever so smexy, but it has passion and emotion. It's not explicit but it has steam! There isn't much drama, save for the idiot ex-manager and Martin making his decision. It's not very long, some 95 pages, but I'll come back to that bit shortly.
And all that is why I loved this book! Finding yourself after such a long time is what this is all about and Martin, once he makes the decision he does, he and Simon are a couple, after such a short space of time, and Martin leaving to finish what he needs to do gives them time to miss each other, even though they are in constant contact.
Back to the length of this book. I would probably have said, as I've done before, that this book is too short. However, I don't think this particular book would work as a longer piece, I really don't. It's the perfect page length for this story, for Simon and Martin to fall in love.
It's full of emotion and love, and gave me the biggest warm and fuzzies feeling I've had in a long time!
First I can see of this author, I want more if they are all this cute!
