I wanted to like this book. I really did. At first it was interesting, but then I found myself struggling to get into it about a quarter through. I just had a hard time relating to the main character.

This was a great book, I found myself very entertained and I loved the characters. Cindy Gerard really does know how to create characters that you fall in love with. I read this book very fast and I will definitely continue on in this series.

Some of these stories were very inspirational but I found that many of them fell flat. I loved the concept of this book. I'm glad that I decided to read it. It is an extremely quick read. It took me about 2 hours to read.

Amazing! What makes this novel so terrifying is the simplicity and inevitability with which the events unfold. What would truly happen if you found yourself in a situation where you can’t escape the threat? This was a creepy, suspenseful page turner of the best kind!

Wonderful Historical Fiction
This book had me gripped from beginning to end. It was a very different look into WW2 and Hitler. I found myself unable to put this book down. Highly recommend. It was a quick amd easy read, yet I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Loving this series! Truly feel to be a part of this story.. loving the relationship between the guys, Kellan and Kiera, everyone.. just love it. They feel like friends... Ive found myself laughing and crying through this book and am diving right into book 3!

I really enjoyed this story and found it very hard to put the book down. The characters I would say are a little shallow and the ending wasn't that great which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. Still a very enjoyable read.

This was one of my favorite books as a child, and I was relieved to find it when I found all of my childhood books in my parents' attic. It is essentially a remixed Cinderella story, but I really enjoyed the different riff on it.

I get it, it's sweet story with a lot of meaning which I can appreciate. However, I found it boring to read. If it wasn't so short I probably wouldn't had made the effort to finish.
